Laser Therapy for Cats

This is a new treatment that helps relieve inflammation and pain in the joints without medication. The therapy laser works by stimulating the joint cells to heal themselves, reducing inflammation, and stimulating endorphins (“feel good” hormones). Many professional sports teams use a therapy laser for injuries. This treatment is very comforting and relaxing to cats. It takes from 10 to 20 minutes depending on the number of joints treated. Laser therapy is performed three times the first week, two times the second week, and one time the third week, then continued as needed.
