Policies At Cat Care Clinic In Ormond Beach

To ensure the best possible care for your cat and a smooth experience for you, we’ve outlined some important policies below. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, efficient, and stress-free environment for all our patients and their families.

Thank you for taking a moment to review them—if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Appointment Policy

We want to ensure every cat gets the time and care they deserve, so we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases always take priority, which means there may be occasional delays. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to stay on schedule.

For added flexibility, we also offer convenient drop-off appointments. You can bring your cat in during a designated time in the morning and leave them with us for the day. Our doctor will examine your cat between appointments or during reserved time slots, then give you a call to discuss their diagnosis and provide pick-up instructions.

To keep all cats safe and healthy, we kindly ask that vaccinations be up to date before your visit.

Patient Arrival Policy

For everyone’s safety, all cats must arrive in a secure carrier or on a leash. Cats cannot roam freely in the waiting area to protect them from sick patients and prevent accidental escapes.

If you don’t have a carrier, no worries! We have carriers available for loan. A deposit is required, which will be refunded when the carrier is returned.

Our Stance on Declawing

At Cat Care Clinic, we follow the American Association of Feline Practitioners' guidelines on declawing.

We do not perform declawing procedures for convenience purposes and do not recommend them. Instead, we’re here to help with alternatives!
