Amanda is a dedicated certified veterinary technician (CVT) with a career spanning over 15 years, fueled by her unwavering love for animals and her passion for exceptional veterinary care. Her journey began in 2008 after completing a Veterinary Assistant program, and she quickly realized she was destined for a lifelong career in this field.

Determined to deepen her expertise, Amanda pursued an AS degree in Veterinary Technology at St. Petersburg College, followed by a BAS in Veterinary Hospital Management and Clinical Studies. This solid foundation equipped her to take on diverse roles, starting with shelter medicine, where she managed a bustling medical department and honed her skills in compassionate, high-pressure environments.

After returning to the East Coast, Amanda expanded her expertise in dermatology before finding her true home at the Cat Care Clinic. Her vast experience, calm demeanor, and genuine love for every cat she meets make her an invaluable part of the CCC team, ensuring every feline patient receives the exceptional care they deserve.
